Account & Data Deletion

How to delete your CineDZ account

  1. Log in to cinedz.com
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  3. Confirm your decision (this cannot be undone)

What happens after deletion:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated across all CineDZ platforms
  • Personal data is permanently erased within 90 days
  • Published content that others have interacted with may be anonymised rather than deleted
  • Payment records are retained 7 years as legally required
  • Connected social account tokens are immediately revoked

Alternatively, email privacy@elkeflux.com with subject line "Delete My Account".

How We Protect Your Data

Encryption

TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. AES-256 encryption for stored OAuth tokens. Encrypted database connections.

Authentication

bcrypt password hashing with automatic salting. JWT tokens with expiry. HTTP-only, secure, SameSite cookies.

Infrastructure

Netcup dedicated server in Germany (EU), ISO 27001 certified. Regular security updates. Firewall and rate limiting on all endpoints.

Access Control

Principle of least privilege. No shared credentials. SSH key-only server access. Audit logging on sensitive operations.

Keep Your Account Safe
  • Use a strong, unique password that you don't reuse on other sites
  • Never share your password or session cookies with anyone
  • Be cautious of emails claiming to be from CineDZ — we will never ask for your password via email
  • If you receive a suspicious email, forward it to security@elkeflux.com
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support@cinedz.com
  • Log out when using shared or public computers
Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) through CineDZ Flow, here's what you should know:

What Details
What we access Only the permissions you explicitly grant (e.g., "post on my behalf"). We never access private messages, personal photos, or data beyond the scope of your authorisation.
How tokens are stored OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before storage. They are never logged or exposed in plain text.
How to disconnect Go to Flow → Settings → Social Accounts → Disconnect. Tokens are immediately deleted from our systems.
What happens on disconnect We revoke the token, delete it from our database, and stop all scheduled posts for that account. Content already published remains on the social platform.
Report a Security Issue

If you discover a security vulnerability in any CineDZ or Elkeflux product, please report it responsibly:

  • Email security@elkeflux.com with details of the vulnerability
  • Include steps to reproduce, affected URLs, and your contact information
  • Do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had time to address it
  • We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and resolve critical issues within 7 days
Common Questions
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with essential service providers (payment processors, hosting) needed to operate the platform, and only the minimum required. See our Privacy Policy for the complete list.
Your data is stored on dedicated servers hosted by Netcup GmbH in Germany (European Union). Netcup holds ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 27701 (privacy), ISO 9001 (quality), and ISO 14001 (environmental) certifications, and runs on 100% green electricity. CDN caching is provided by Bunny.net with edge nodes in Europe and other regions. The operating company, Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC, is incorporated in Wyoming, USA. All cross-border data transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards.
Go to your Account Settings on cinedz.com and select Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 90 days. You can also email privacy@elkeflux.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
When you disconnect a social media account from CineDZ Flow, we immediately delete the OAuth token from our database and cancel any scheduled posts for that account. Content already published to the social platform remains there — you manage that directly on the platform itself.
CineDZ uses AI features (recommendations, content tools, image generation) powered by third-party providers like OpenAI and Replicate. When AI features are used, only the specific prompt or content data is sent — never your account information, email, or personal details. AI interactions are not used to train third-party models.
We never store your credit card number. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers: SATIM for Algerian cards, Stripe and dLocal for international payments. We only store transaction references and billing addresses needed for receipts and tax compliance.
